This is an excellent presentation I saw at slideshare.net on how our Governments have been delaying investment on climate change on the pretext that Cap & Trade will deliver trillions, when it is struggling to actually generate millions. Not enough to fund clean energy.

the worst part is that the science has been pretty clear now for about 50 years 30 for sure...and the theory was first worked out over 100 yrs ago. The sad reality is we have know.....for a long long time!
